1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of the American Association of Immigration Preparers (AAIP), users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of the services provided by AAIP, including access to the platform, educational resources, the professional directory, and the certifications offered.

2. Scope of Services
AAIP is a private organization that provides training and certification in immigration form preparation. AAIP’s services include:

• Access to the electronic intakes platform.

• Training resources.

• Certification for immigration preparers.

• Inclusion in the professional directory of certified preparers.
   

3. Use of the Platform
Registered users agree to use the AAIP platform ethically and responsibly. Any unauthorized distribution of resources or shared access to third parties without AAIP’s authorization is prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the services.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to certain AAIP services, such as advanced training and certifications, may be subject to a payment model. Users subscribing to these services must comply with monthly or annual payments according to the selected subscription plan.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the payment has been processed.
- In case of early cancellation, a penalty equivalent to one month of service will be applied.
 
5. Temporary Suspension of Service
Users may request a temporary suspension of the service for up to 3 months due to financial difficulties or personal reasons. During this period, the user will continue to be listed in the professional directory but will not have access to additional membership benefits.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content on the AAIP platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce such content without AAIP’s explicit permission.
7. Modification of Terms
AAIP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be notified to users through the platform or via email, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability.
AAIP does not guarantee the approval of any immigration application. The outcome of cases depends solely on the documentation submitted by the user and the evaluation of the corresponding immigration agencies. AAIP is not responsible for decisions made by USCIS, ICE, CBP, or other agencies.
